How long will it take for Sortie to ship my order?

If the item is in stock, your order will ship within 1 week of the date your order is confirmed.

Do the pillows include inserts? 

Yes, all of our pillows include an insert with down/duck feather fill of 25/75, unless otherwise specified. 

Can I return my Sortie item after I have received it? 

All returns must be pre-approved by Sortie and are for credit only. Ship using any method of your choice, at your expense, tracking is required -we are not responsible for lost returns.  Please contact us for more information at hello@shopsortie.com Sales are final after 14 days of receipt of your order. 

Does Sortie make special size/custom products?
